Taxi ride. Across the Congo you often see ‘matatu’ minibuses offering transport across or between cities. The driver’s assistant acts as a hawker, shouting the destination as they pass through the town to get clients for the trip. They are known for their reckless driving at high speed, and whilst it might be a cheap option for transport, it is not always the most safe!
